Returns Policy

Conditions of Sale and Exchange

Exchange, credit note or full refund is valid on all non-sale purchases that are returned in a saleable & unworn condition within 7 days from purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.

An exchange or credit note will be offered after 7 days and within a maximum of 14 days from purchase date; valid on non-sale purchases only. Proof of purchase required.

Refunds: All refunds will be credited to the original payment method made. Please note that debit or credit card refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Sale Goods: No returns or exchange on sale items. Purchases made which are marked as faulty or where you have been informed cannot be returned.

Credit Notes: Valid for 90 days from date of issue. Proof of purchase/credit note required.

Loyalty and Gold Card discounts cannot be applied, nor can new loyalty stamps be collected when using a credit note

Faulty Goods: You are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or credit note in the event of the item purchased having a genuine fault. This complies fully with the legislation laid out in the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Proof of purchase required.

Gift Returns: If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it within a maximum of 14 days from purchase date for any in-store item or you may exchange your item for an in-store credit note that will be valid for 90 days from date of issue.
